Once again the leadership changed hands and Stanhope SSC regained top spot with a 2-0 victory over Evenwood Town. George Lee opened the scoring on the hour and Aydan Bowers chipped the keeper from 30 yards for the second ten minutes from time. "There was very little in it" said Clem.
Howden Australian wound up their season with an 8-2 defeat at home to Newton Aycliffe Royal Telegraph. Kieran Morgan bagged a brace with further Telegraph goals courtesy of Mason Steed, Ryan Peart, Tyler Kilburn Robinson, Jack Mitchell, Harry Laverty and Niall Douglas. Luke Robinson and Lucas Baker were the Australian marksmen. "It was 2-2 for 60 minutes" reports Howden's John Chambers "then we stopped working and were totally pulled apart".
