Coundon Cons climbed to second with a 7-2 victory over Howden Australian. Aiden Crooks (2), Lewis Fitzgerald (2), Dylan Maughan, Declan Trotter and Callum Teasdale were the Coundon scorers.
The Aussie responded through "a beauty first goal from distance" courtesy of John Esteris and a cracking volley from Andrew Cummings.
Howden were well in the game for 80 minutes but conceded four late on.
