Willington set the pace
After two matches of the new season Willington WMC are the only side with maximum points. A 3-1 victory over Evenwood Town consolidated top spot for the pacesetters.
Middlestone Moor picked up their first points with a 1-0 win at Coundon Cons. Rhys Porter bagged the match winner for last years champions.
Sam Green notched a hat trick inside ten minutes for Stanhope SSC who beat Howden Australian 8-0. Matthew Price picked up a pair with further goals courtesy of Steven Clough, Aydan Bowers and Ryan Embling.
