Willington beat holders
Today's Norman Wright clash between Willington WMC and Middlestone Moor was a repeat of last years final when Middlestone Moor came back from 2-0 down to win 5-3 on penalties.
Willington looked well on their way to victory today when they led 3-0 at half time through Michael Hull, Morghan Claydon and Bradley Burns. Middlestone Moor, winners for the last three years, staged a fine comeback and goals from Mykel Summerson, Ethan Grayson and Reece Barras made it 3-3 after 90 minutes.
The resultant penalties went to Willington - 7-6 or 6-5- it doesn't really matter.
