Middlestone Moor got off to a poor start and trailed 2-0 after twenty minutes. Opponents Winlaton had been much the better team in the opening half hour but Middlestone Moor pulled a goal back just before half time when Josh Farlow slotted the ball home to round off some good team play.
Ethan Grayson made it 2-2 with an excellent free kick on 54 minutes and on the hour Farlow gave Middlestone Moor a well deserved lead.
He then completed the perfect hat trick heading home on 66 minutes to make it 4-2.
Winlaton fought back to 4-3 on 87 minutes but Ross Morrow restored Middlestone Moor's two goal advantage in the last minute with a 15 yarder.
Daniel Hardaker thwarted Winlaton with a great save in stoppage time.
It had been an excellent second half from Middlestone Moor who finished very worthy 5-3 winners.
