Stanhope SSC moved up one place to second after sharing the points at Barnard Castle FC in the only game to beat the weather.
Stanhope took a first half lead through a Sam Green penalty but a rare mistake from Graeme Hodgson saw Barney draw level through Oliver Ross with a tap in.
"Hard battle in that wind" reports Dean Tinkler. "Whilst Barney deserved more I can't fault the effort of our lads".
"They had 80% of the game and hit the post and while we would have liked a win we have to be happy with a point" adds Clem.
