Willington WMC opened up a six point gap at the top of division one with a 3-0 win at Barnard Castle FC. Barney had a man sent off in the first half and from that point the result was never in doubt. Danny Lee netted a couple of penalties for the victors with Matty Littlefair completing the scoresheet. Heighington consolidated top spot in division two despite dropping a couple of points at Wolsingham. Both goals came from the penalty spot with Joe Joyce's effort for Heighington cancelled out by Chris Elliott. Second division Crook Town Wanderers had an excellent win at Evenwood Town in the South Durham Charity Bowl. Tucker Bailes bagged four for Wanderers in a 5-2 victory over their first division opponents. Andrew Cummings completed Wanderers tally while Leon Clark scored both for Evenwood. A Ryan Peart hat trick set up a 9-0 win for Royal Telegraph at home to Stanley Town. Reed Molloy bagged a pair with the rest courtesy of Jimmy Cameron, Mason Steed, James Nesbitt and Joe Young. Middlestone Moor progressed when opponents Ferryhill Town conceded the game.
