Excellent cup win for Glaxo

Barnard Castle Glaxo Rangers progressed in the South Durham Charity Bowl with a very good win 3-2 win at Heighington. Jamie McDougall (2) and Robert Lumsden scored for Glaxo with Martin Butterworth bagging a brace for Heighington.
Ross Morrow notched a hat trick for Middlestone Moor who scored six against Barnard Castle for the second consecutive week. Goals from L Coatsworth, Joss Farlow and Ellis Codd completed a 6-2 win for the visitors while Barney replied through Phil Merryweather and Lewis Robinson
Wolsingham moved up to third on goal difference with a 6-3 win at Crook Wanderers. Brydon, Cummings and Fairgrieve were Wanderers marksmen with Wolsingham replies courtesy of a Dagan Taylor hat trick, Connor Ward, Michael Stothart and an own goal.
Ferryhill Town have yet to win at home but they collected a third away league victory in beating Stanley Town 7-0.
